PLEASE READ THE RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM In consideration of being allowed to participate in any tournament or activity sponsored and/or conducted by the Alabama B.A.S.S. Nation, Inc., I acknowledge and agree that: I have been advised by ABN, and have had the opportunity to seek legal counsel with respect to the legal effect of this document; and having obtained and aquatinted myself with the ABN Official Tournament Rules, I have completed this Entry Form and submit it for my entry into the tournament or activity. In signing this Entry Form, I hereby agree to be bound by and comply with all tournament rules and regulations – including instructions and direction of the Tournament Director and/or Tournament Officials. I expressively assume all risks associated with the Tournament or activity and I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Alabama B.A.S.S. Nation, Inc., the officers, officials, directors, shareholders, agents, and/or employees of ABN, other participants and sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises and property used to conduct the event ("Releasees") with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, which I suffer or which I am found to have caused in whole or in part by my negligence or intentional misconduct, whether arising from the negligence of the releasees, or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I hereby grant the Alabama B.A.S.S. Nation, Inc. the unconditional right to use my name, voice, photographic likeness and biographical information and fishing tips and instructions in connection with Alabama B.A.S.S. Nation, Inc. video/audio production and/or articles and press releases, and I shall not be entitled to receive any royalties or other compensation in connection with such use. I further understand that the Tournament Director and/or Tournament Committee reserves the right to reject my Entry for any reason. I am currently a member in good standing of the B.A.S.S. Nation, and an affiliated Chapter of the Alabama B.A.S.S. Nation, Inc. I agree if I qualify for any higher level tournament sponsored by ABN or B.A.S.S. to use during such tournaments any and all "official" products and equipment so specified and provided by the Alabama B.A.S.S. Nation, Inc. or B.A.S.S. ABFN is a 501 (c) (7) non-profit organization. As such, under IRS codes, fees, dues or other monies paid to ABN are NOT tax deductible.
